Some time ago I uploaded this video, simply called Winchester Mystery House, and I was warned recently by YouTube that something in the video might be copyrighted and that I might not own the rights. Since every photograph in the video came from my camera, I had to conclude that the music background was what they referred to, although they didn't say. I had thought that Herr Mozart wouldn't mind my using a passage from one of his piano concertos as a tasteful backdrop to pictures of an interesting Victorian house, but noooooooooooo! Apparently not only does the composer have to be dead for at least 70 years, but the performers as well. Not wanting to run afoul of the DMCA, I removed the video and redubbed the background music. This time it is from a CD called "Neil/Armstrong." I have permission to use this music, as Tedd Armstrong (his professional name), the composer of the music, producer of the CD and the performer of all but the Neil tracks on the CD happens to be my brother. So YouTube can rest easy now.
